It is important to note that text messages, Facebook messages, or simple phone calls will not be regarded as valid withdrawals. Once the 14-day period expires, withdrawals will no longer be possible, and the subsequent terms and conditions will apply:

Furthermore, if you have chosen to commence tuition slots before the 14-day period, you acknowledge that you forfeit your right of withdrawal for lessons already provided during this timeframe.

To cancel or reschedule booked Malta Tutors slots, you must notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled lesson by sending an email to [email protected]. Such rescheduled Malta Tutors slots will be coordinated for a mutually convenient date and time within the same week or the following week. In the case of one-to-one homework club slots, they will be substituted with a Skype homework club slot. Please be aware that text messages, Facebook messages, or simple phone calls are not considered valid for cancellations. Failure to follow the specified procedure will result in the invoicing of any unattended homework club slots, which must be settled. Additionally, any extra homework club slots requested by a student outside the normal set cannot be canceled.

For classes with an indefinite end date, should you intend to terminate all Malta Tutors slots for any reason, you must notify us at least 3 weeks in advance by sending an email to [email protected]. You are also obligated to pay for any lessons within those three weeks, whether you attend or not.

3.1 Failure to settle payment within 10 working days from the due date of the invoice, whether it pertains to a lesson taken and not yet paid (at the teacher's discretion) or within the 3 weeks of notification, will incur an additional EUR 25 administration fee. The student/parent will be notified via email.

3.2 Failure to settle payment within 20 working days from the due date of the invoice, whether it pertains to a lesson taken and not yet paid (at the teacher's discretion) or within the 3 weeks of notification, will incur an additional EUR 50 administration fee. This amount covers registration, in addition to the deduction of any bank fees incurred for bank transfers. Please note that this amount cannot be converted into tuition credit.
