2. Terms Specific to Students and Parents
2.1 Right of Withdrawal
You may withdraw from tuition services by notifying us via email at [email protected] within 14 calendar days of submitting your application. Withdrawals made via text, social media, or phone will not be recognised. After this period, withdrawal rights lapse, and the terms below apply.

2.2 Early Tuition Commencement
Should tuition begin within the 14-day withdrawal period, you waive your right to withdraw from any sessions already conducted.

2.3 Cancellations and Rescheduling
Requests to cancel or reschedule must be submitted via email no less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. Illness-related changes must include a valid scanned medical certificate. Cancellations via text, phone, or social media will not be honoured. Missed or late-cancelled sessions are fully billable.

2.4 Closure of Communication Channels
Online communication tools (e.g., Skype chat) will remain accessible for up to 30 minutes following the final scheduled session to allow for material download. After this period, channels will be closed unless further sessions are booked.

2.5 Termination of Ongoing Tuition
For indefinite-term classes, a written notice of at least three weeks via email is required to terminate services. Any sessions scheduled within this period are fully billable. Notices via phone, text, or social media are not valid.

2.6 Payment Terms and Late Fees
Payments not received within 10 working days incur a €25 administration fee.

Payments overdue by 20 working days incur a €50 fee.

Payments overdue by 30 working days will accrue 8% annual interest on the outstanding balance.

2.7 Refund Policy
Cancellations are subject to a 50% fee or €500, whichever is lower. Students receiving physical or digital notes will incur an additional non-refundable charge of €75. Refunds are not convertible into tuition credits.

3. Tuition with Fixed End Dates
3.1 Refund Exclusions
No refunds are provided for fixed-duration courses (e.g., nine-month programmes), regardless of attendance or participation.

3.2 Business Courses
Courses tailored for professionals, such as Data Science for Business, are non-refundable.

3.3 Transition to Online Delivery
In the event of school or venue closure, tuition will automatically continue online. This does not warrant a refund or partial credit.

3.4 Non-Payment Policy
Lessons will be suspended if payment is not confirmed prior to the start of the scheduled tuition period.

3.5 Booking and Payment Deadlines
Tuition must be booked 48 hours in advance, and payment must be received at least 24 hours before the session. Sessions without confirmed payment will be automatically cancelled.

4. Online Lessons and Legal Safeguards
4.1 Recording Restrictions
Recording of online sessions is strictly prohibited unless explicitly agreed to in writing by both tutor and student. Breaches may result in legal action.

4.2 Public Holidays
Sessions are conducted on public holidays unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.

4.3 Safeguarding and In-Home Tuition
In compliance with safeguarding regulations, a parent or guardian must be present during all in-home tuition sessions involving minors. This presence is mandatory to ensure the safety and welfare of all parties.

5. Governing Law
